2). After receiving confirmation on the stock availability from GW, an invoice reflecting your order will be issued to you. It is crucial to understand that GW's allocation may not always cover our stock requests completely, and thus submitting an EOI form does not guarantee stock reservation.

Nevertheless, it remains the most effective approach to ensure you have a chance to pre-order GW items.

On Pre-order Saturday, we will forward an email to you containing a payment link for the invoice. The invoice must be settled on the same day as the pre-order. Once payment is confirmed, the stock will be earmarked for you. Should there be any unpaid orders at the end of the pre-order day without prior communication from you, those orders will be subject to cancellation.

3). Your order is scheduled to be shipped out on the day of release.

We must adhere to GW's embargo policies, which means pricing details cannot be revealed until pre-orders become available at 12pm on Saturday. Should the price or any change in your situation lead you to reconsider, you are entitled to cancel your pre-order.
