Kill Team uses the same setting and many of the same factions as Warhammer 40,000, but each player controls one small squad instead of a full army. Games need fewer models and a smaller table, so it is a quick way into the hobby. Each Kill Team box holds a squad for one faction, and every kit is supplied unpainted and needs assembly.
