Format
All players compete using one of the designated Starter Decks [ST-31] through [ST-36] — no other cards permitted. Every prize card from this event is compatible with the designated Starter Decks, so each reward is immediately playable.

Refund requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks will automatically receive store credit.
