A 4th Anniversary Set Built to Matter

OP-17 brings back nostalgic, popular Leaders with brand-new competitive effects, while introducing characters pulled straight from the Impel Down and Marineford arcs — two of the most iconic stretches of the One Piece story. It's designed to shake up the current meta rather than just add to it, with new premium card treatments and support cards built specifically to power up the six Starter Decks (ST-31 to ST-36) that released just ahead of it.
