The portals have opened to a dimension of fire and ash. Available now at Hobby Collectors Australia, the Caverns of Cynder is a major "OtherWorld" expansion for Shadows of Brimstone. This set transports your hero posse from the dark mines of the Old West into a hostile alien world overflowing with lakes of molten magma, ancient gothic architecture, and treasures pulled from across space and time.

Cynder is a world where even the ground is your enemy. Navigate crumbling rock crusts and rivers of fire while fending off the monstrous entities that call this furnace home.

Fiery Features & New Mechanics:

• The Floor is Lava: This expansion introduces the Lava Space mechanic. Stepping into the heat can burn your heroes, but those with high Agility might just leap to safety.
• Heat Exhaustion: New rules for clothing and gear make you susceptible to heat damage, forcing players to make tough tactical decisions about what items to keep equipped in the searing environment.
• 18 New Map Tiles: Includes a full set of double-sided tiles. One side features the glowing, magma-filled caverns of Cynder, while the reverse features brand-new Unique Mine rooms, increasing the variety of your Earth-based adventures as well.
• The Lava Men: Face a deadly new enemy unique to this world. These 3 large plastic Lava Men miniatures represent ancient evils forged from molten rock, ready to assault any travelers who dare enter their domain.
• Dark Stone in Liquid Form: Discover the "liquid gold" of the Brimstone universe. In Cynder, Dark Stone is melted into the magma itself, leading to new mining opportunities and dangerous encounters with "Magma Fiends."
