Where to Play Riftbound in Sydney: Nexus Nights & Summoner Skirmish
Share
Riftbound Nexus Nights run at Hobby Collectors Australia in Fairfield every Friday at 6:30pm (Best-of-3) and every Saturday at 11am (Best-of-1), with entry at $15 per night. Every night you attend from 23 October 2026 also earns one entry into our raffle for a Riftbound Gift of the Rift Bundle, drawn on Friday 4 December.
We are a physical store that runs Riftbound every week, so you can turn up, play real opponents and ask questions in person. This guide covers when to come, how the raffle works and what Riot's Radiance Summoner Skirmish events offer in November and December. Details are checked as of 25 October 2026.

When and where are Riftbound Nexus Nights in Sydney?
Our Nexus Nights are at Shop 2, 20–26 Ware St, Fairfield NSW 2165, with two sessions a week:
| Night | Time | Format | Entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Friday | 6:30pm | Best-of-3 | $15 |
| Saturday | 11:00am | Best-of-1 | $15 |
Best-of-3 means you play up to three games against each opponent, so the Friday night suits players who want a more competitive match. Best-of-1 is a single game per round, which keeps Saturday morning quick and relaxed and is a good first night if you are new. We close on public holidays, so check Discord if a Friday or Saturday falls on one.
What is a Riftbound Nexus Night?
Nexus Night is Riot's weekly organised play programme for local game stores, and it is built to be casual and welcoming. You bring your deck, play a few rounds and meet other local players. Riot also supplies Radiance Nexus Night promo packs of three cards, drawn from a 25-card promo list, to stores that run the programme.
At HCA, we see everyone from first-timers with a Showdown Deck to players tuning a Radiance Legend deck for Skirmish. Staff are on the floor to explain rules and help with deckbuilding. If you have not played before, read our beginner's guide to Riftbound first, then come along on a Saturday morning.
How do I win the Gift of the Rift Bundle?
Come to Nexus Night. From 23 October 2026, every Nexus Night you attend earns you one entry into our raffle for a Riftbound Gift of the Rift Bundle, and the draw is on Friday 4 December 2026 at Nexus Night, the same day the bundle releases.
- One entry per person, per night. Come on both Friday and Saturday and you earn an entry each night.
- Last chance: Friday 4 December is the final night to earn an entry, and the draw is held that night.
- Winner: announced on Discord, our socials and in store.
- No cash alternative: the prize is the bundle itself.
Between now and the draw there are six more Fridays (30 October to 4 December) and five more Saturdays (31 October to 28 November), so there is time to stack up entries.
What is in the Gift of the Rift Bundle?
Based on the listing details we have seen, the bundle is a collector's set that includes:

- 1 Ramen Akali alternate-art promo card
- 100 matching card sleeves
- 36 Rainbow Foil Runes
- A 2,000-card storage box
What is Riftbound Summoner Skirmish?
Summoner Skirmish is Riot's competitive organised play series for local game stores, and the Radiance season has two periods: Skirmish 1 starts on 9 November 2026 and Skirmish 2 starts on 14 December 2026. We have run Summoner Skirmish before, including Unleashed Skirmish 1 on 20 June, and we will post our own dates, ticket price and format for both on our Discord and the events page as soon as they are confirmed.
Nexus Night is the best practice for Skirmish, because the same players, formats and deck tweaks show up every week.
